Starbucks, e2i tie up to train 2,000 employees to improve productivity

Starbucks will train all its employees to use technology to improve productivity by the end of 2020, under a partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute. e2i told CNA it is working to identify skill gaps and provide companies with sector-specific training, which could also improve customer experience.
