Vehicle owners, your attention please, we can't walk in streets in nights | Why, no dip and dim? | Pediatricians can't walk in roads and streets in nights as drivers driving Cars, Buses, Motorbikes, Scooters are not at all using Dim and Dim facilities held in their vehicles. Sharp focus of vehicle lights is making eyes of pedestrians to close and hence they need to go or walk in footpaths in heavy risk. No one is caring about people who walk in footpaths. They make pedestrians, nothing but blind. No one is obeying traffic rules. Not caring Pedestrians or neglecting people or Citizens in Footpaths is in India only. I had seen Bangkok of Thailand, Vancouver of Canada, Mauritius where vehicle owners first allow pedestrians to pass in the street and afterwards they go. In India, it is quite opposite.
