Cyclone CY5500 review continued, Does Cyclone manufacturer not have knowledgeable staff to help? If you're considering buying a piece of equipment from Cyclone, owned by Blastrac, be prepared to be sent to YouTube if you are having problems with their brand new equipment, that's what happened to me after spending $153,000 on their hard surface, deep cleaning with recovery cy5500.

Why this brand new machine is parked? Why would a company sell someone a $153,000 piece of equipment then tell the consumer to go to YouTube for help in loading some driver to help diagnose a problem.

Apparently, Cyclone Technologies does not have, or at least did not offer, any qualified staff members to help with diagnostics on the brand new equipment they sold me.
