In this video I am talking about Hard Money Lending and a deal I checked out in Oxnard, California. Instead of a 2-3 hour drive from Los Angeles, California, we decided to take the plane because sometimes as a Hard Money Lender we need to make decisions quick or the deal will be lost to other Hard Money Lender! As a Hard Money Lender Tips:
1) Make sure the deal is good and solid for investor (Good Property/rentable)
2) Make sure the borrowers are legit (No Foreclosure/Fraud)
