FIRST REMOVE PLASTIC PIECE ON INSIDE OF NOSE CONE UP BY THE FORKS - shown partially in this video: each side has 2 or 3 plastic poppers. Also you must take out black plastic fairing 'infix' piece on inside of indicator area in order to expose top bolt, shown in this video:
