Especially if you are planning to sell over the winter. (2) Get photos of your gardens and flowers. Moreover, taking Photos with well manicured lawns and bright colors will make your house pop. (3) Be sure to add some fresh mulch and clean up the yard to boost curb appeal! Standing out is especially important amid snow-covered homes during the winter months. (4) Develop your list of improvements! Buyers want to know everything you have done to improve the home since you’ve owned the property. This list will help you earn top dollar for your home. (5) Sellers, schedule a Pre-Market Home Inspection. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Prevention goes a long way toward a smooth transaction. Identify all suggested repairs before listing to limit contract issues in the future. You don’t have to make repairs.
