Surrey RCMP and IHIT investigate shots fired incident leaving one man dead | Vancouver Sun

One man is dead and another in serious condition after a shots fired incident in the Whalley/City Centre area of Surrey. On December 1, 2019, shortly before 11 p.m., Surrey RCMP responded to the 13600-block of 114 Avenue after a report of shots fired was received. Police are seeking the public’s assistance and are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or have video surveillance or dash-cam video to call the IHIT information line at 1-877-551-IHIT (4448) or email at ihitinfo@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.
