If you have frequent urination it can be a sign of kidney or ureter problems. Pregnancy or even prostate issue can be the cause too.
The video exercise will target the bladder areaas well as the pelvic floor muscles.
These exercises target the pelvic floor muscles as well as your bladder. Together they'll improve your bladder control and help you deal with
frequent urination.
When you tighten those exact muscles, you are exercising your pelvic floor muscles. By doing these following exercises you can improve both the strength and endurance of your muscles.
One more tips you need to cut down on your liquid intake by at least seventy percent.
The body do not need that much water. Tea or water cut downs to two cups a day.
