State Leaders Pressurizes Cong High Command To Accept Siddaramaiah, Dinesh Gundu Rao's Resignation

The Congress high command is under a lot of pressure after the resignations of Dinesh Gundu Rao and Siddaramaiah in Karnataka from their respective posts. Senior Congress leaders KH Muniyappa, BK Hariprasad, DK Suresh, Naseer Hussain and GC Chandrashekhar met last night in the national capital. All these leaders have pressurized the Congress high command to accept the resignations of Dinesh Gundu Rao and Siddaramaiah. The leaders will also hold discussions with Senior state Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, DK Shivakumar, HK Patil and Veerappa Moily. A group of 15 leaders from State Congress will meet the AICC interim president Sonia Gandhi on December 13th in this regard.
