MY FRIDGE STAPLES | Anti Inflammatory Healthy Foods | FOOD STAPLES SERIES HELLO there and WELCOME here friends!!

Here are my 15 fridge staples, my go-to's, my MUST have food items. This is the second video in my "Food Staple Series" so be sure to check out my first video on all my pantry items! These are also foods that are great for the body as they are anti-inflammatory and can contribute to balanced hormones and an overall happy, healthy body! Here is a handy list for you to copy/paste for your next grocery run:

-Non Dairy Milk (unsweetened oat, coconut, almond, cashew, hemp, etc)
-100% Pure Non From Concentrate Juice (Prune, Tart Cherry, Pomegranate, Apple, Orange)
-Lettuce/Greens (Spinach, Romaine, Arugula, Spring Mix)
-Celery
-Cucumber
-Tomatoes
-Carrots
-Apples
-Oranges
-Bananas
-Fermented Foods (Sauerkraut or Kimchi, look for Kraut in the refrigerated section made with water and salt only, NO WINE!)
-Eggs
-Salsa
-100% Pure Maple Syrup
-Coconut Aminos
