Miboxer C4-12 V2.2 defective

Short video of the new Miboxer C4-12 v2.2.
This is the second C4-12 that I received that is defective.
Miboxer customer care is useless and unwilling to replace it with a working unit despite my several emails sent to them.
Avoid Miboxer, there's lots of other good chargers out there.
