Developing innovative products from potato waste for the agricultural industry

Agrimax will take the residues and by-products from crops and process them in two, flexible, multi-feedstock pilot biorefineries, purpose-built for the project. Our refinery in Spain will process waste from potato pulp and peel waste to develop fibres: bio-composites, biodegradable and compostable plant pots for the agricultural industry. Other products in development are mulching films, again for use in the agricultural sector.
