Protesters mount daring escape from Hong Kong uni siege, but hundreds remain trapped | ABC News Time may be running out for 100 pro-democracy protesters still barricaded inside a Hong Kong university.

They're running low on supplies while the city's police forces are running short of patience.

Chief executive Carrie Lam says she's prepared to use all means necessary to remove them from the campus.

China correspondent Bill Birtles reports from Hong Kong.
