Cpt. Clarence “Clutch” Carter (CEO, Owner, Pilot, Mechanic):
Mr. Carter brings more than 35 years of experience to Clutch Air. He began his love-affair with the air back in 1984. Three (3) short years later Clarence was certified to fly commercial jets. He has safely flown over 2,000 flights and was promoted to Captain in 2006 until retiring earlier in 2019.


Doug Canada (Vice President, Mechanic):
Mr. Canada bring an extensive background in communications, marketing, and business to the company. Doug is a well regarded aircraft, and automotive mechanic back home. He was tasked with maintaining the snowplows, salt-trucks, and Zamboni in his hometown before relocating to Los Santos this spring
