Bankruptcy and Personal Insolvency in Ukraine

On October 21 this year, the Code on Bankruptcy Procedures adopted by Ukraine's parliament came into effect. The new Code is addressing the deficiencies of the existing bankruptcy procedure. To discuss this, we are joined in the studio by Arne Engels, an international expert of the EU Project Pravo-Justice, attorney-at-law, specialist in restructuring and insolvency cases from Germany.
