Aswini Mudra - How Frequently can we do Aswini Mudra in a Day?
Aswini Mudra is an exercise to tone up the nervous system.

You compress your anal muscle, hold it for a few seconds and relax.
There are many websites and videos that teach this exercise
The correct way of doing it is
Compress your anal muscle, hold it for a couple of seconds and relax
Imagine yourself passing urine in the toilet
How will you stop the passing of urine?
You have to compress the anal muscle and the lower abdomen muscle, hold it and relax it
In between urinary and anal passages there is perinieum muscle
It is connected to your sexual gland. The seminal vesicle sitting on top of the perineum gets compressed
Therefore there is a centrifugal and centripetal force applied to the gland
It separates the vital fluid from the seminal fluid
When Ojas breathing is done, the vital fluid is extracted through the spine and brought back to the cerebrospinal area to Sahasrara
It helps to transmute sexual energy into spiritual energy
