Refine the drill-down master-detail form created in the previous video. Add LOVs for some of the page items. Edit the SQL for a couple of LOVs: (1) limit the list of employees to only those that are active and (2) modify the return value in the zip code LOV. Make sure the master-detail form works by adding data to the M-D form.
