Retailers, hobbyists will be hit hard if PMD ban is enforced

The latest e-scooter related incident comes just a day after Senior Minister of State for Transport Janil Puthucheary told Parliament that PMDs could be banned if rider behaviour does not improve. Retailers and hobbyists said a potential ban will hit them hard, and that it won't solve the problem of errant riding. The ban could also affect those using it for business, such as food delivery firms.
