Here is a snippet of my meditation I did recently on International Day of Peace at @ronrobinson for @fitgirlclubla. Whenever you sit in meditation, think of it as an invitation to bring yourself into Present Moment Awareness. That means you don’t have to be in any other time frame other than the present. No need to lament the past, which has come and gone, or stress about the future, which isn’t here yet. Be present in the moment you are in, and that means letting go of any expectations you feel you need to place on yourself. Let everything, and everyone go.....
