Everywhere you look people will tell you that the market is perfectly efficient and I'd generally agree with that.

But it depends on how you measure it. The earth is flat if you are on the ground but round if you are in space. But in reality, it's neither.

Markets are exactly the same. It's possible to prove that either state exists if you really want to.

But the reality is the market is made up of good guesses and bad guesses. Avoid the bad and you will be on your way to making some good ones.
