"It is going to be rather difficult and a lot depends on what the details look like because if it looks like what was negotiated previously, then it is very unlikely that the Parliament would pass it because the Parliament had rejected May’s plan at least two times. If it is anything like that and there is a good chance that it is probably very much like her plan, then Parliament would likely reject it", says Mark Mobius, Founding Partner, Mobius Capital Partners.
