A Russian fighter with freakishly big biceps got his butt kicked in spectacular fashion by an opponent more than 20 years his senior. Kirill Tereshin, nicknamed “Popeye” because of the 24-inch biceps he filled with the body-building substance Synthol, lasted only three minutes against blogger and fighter Oleg Mongol during a cage match in the south-central Russian town of Abakan. Advertisement Tereshin starts out strong, using his reach advantage to land a couple jabs on his smaller opponent, whom he manages to knock down with a right hook. Mongol quickly gets back to his feet, manages to slip a few punches, then tackles the lopsided bodybuilder and throws him to the mat. Unable to fight off his aggressive challenger, Tereshin quickly succumbs to a chokehold. Tereshin, who is a military veteran according to U.K. news outlet the Mirror, also lost a slapping match in May against champion Vasiliy “The Dumpling” Kamotskiy, who smacked him so hard that Tereshin fell to the floor. The 23-year-old muscle man started experimenting with Synthol in 2017. Yahoo! reports the combination of oils, painkillers and alcohol comes with risks including nerve damage and oil-filled cysts.
