This video and workout is for the ladies! If you are looking to lose belly fat and want to tone up those abs then this video will give you the advice you need in order to get started.
This workout can be done at home without the need for any equipment.
Exercise 1 – Knees to Elbows
Exercise 2 – Crunches
Exercise 3 – Butterfly kicks
Exercise 4 – Heel touches
Exercise 5 – Plank
Complete the exercises in a circuit and aim to do 3 rounds. Try to increase the number of reps week on week in order to maximise your results.
