Woman in NYPD Assault Case: ‘This Is not Justice’

Anna Chambers, the woman who claims two NYPD officers raped her in the back of a police van in 2017, demonstrated to Inside Edition how she was allegedly assaulted while handcuffed. Chambers was 18 when Eddie Martins and Richard Hall detained her for drug possession in Brooklyn, New York. As they drove towards the precinct, Chambers says one of the officers climbed into the back seat and forced her to perform a sex act. The officers admitted they had sex with Chambers but said it was consensual.
