Fundraiser for PHIL: Phil, A2071263, Miami Dade Animal (Kill) Shelter, FL, survivor was rescued from our local kill shelter by All Things Pawsible. Phil had been found on the streets injured. He has had a rough life at 8/9 years old, he has known nothing but neglect. Phil has a fractured Pelvis, 5 broken ribs, Back right knee is injured, inflamed prostate and severe infection, ear infection, injury to his right eye and a cracked tooth. We don't know if he was hit by a car or suffered severe blunt force trauma to his right side, which is where all his injuries are. His medical bill has surpassed $5,000 and we still have a balance of $2500 for his remaining stay at the vet's. He will also need followup evaluation with Orthopedic specialist, due to his age and condition, surgery was not an option and he is on restricted cage rest for his fractures, recovery could take up to 2/3 months. Please help us give Phil a happy ending, so he can finally enjoy a life of love and care with a real family to call his own.
