Triple challenge - Small pupil, Hard cataract & Hazy cornea

Phacoemulsification of a case with Small pupil, Hard cataract, Hazy cornea and an uncooperative patient.
Patient had hearing impairment in both ears, and was unable to cooperate with the surgeon and maintain proper head posture, thus many a times the eye was not in full view of the microscope.
Special thanks to Dr.Suven Bhattacharjee, the inventor of B-Hex (pupil expanding device) which makes cases with small pupil much easier to manage.
