Senators find flaws in Faeldon's testimony on Sanchez's foiled release

Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman Richard Gordon says Bureau of Corrections Chief Nicanor Faeldon may be held liable for negligence and "malfeasance" or failure to perform his duty. This is in connection with the foiled early release of rape and murder convict Antonio Sanchez.
Gordon says Faeldon is quote "very inconsistent, very evasive, and has no credible value." But Faeldon says he is just telling the truth.
