OOPS! Sometimes you need to remember that you're not driving a 4x4 anymore!

I went out into the desert about 40 miles west of the Phoenix area to a location I have been back in a few times but this time while in my FWD Ford Escape I took a trail that merged into wash which was basically all sand!
(I've almost had my 4WD vehicles stuck in sand as well!)

With the traction control and slow ass shifting between reverse and drive it was a bit of a challenge to get out.
But I did. Luckily. As I was all alone out in the desert.
