MassHousing Down Payment Assistance Program Update with Shawna Downs of PRMI

Exciting news! MassHousing updated and expanded its Down Payment Assistance Program for Massachusetts First-Time Homebuyers!

The assistance increased, so MassHousing now provides down payment assistance for up to 5% of the purchase price or $15,000, whichever is less. They also offer assistance for more property types and they've increased the income limits throughout the state.
