They're just simple exercises but they do last for 18mins so you may find this long, hard, and challenging. Don't you worry, doing this 3-4x a week is enough to make you achieve your goals. But if you want to do it everyday, that's great, too!
These exercises are all full-body and all body-weight, too, which means that you will be relying on your body's own capacity and strength to complete this and burn weight. Some routines are simple and easy, some are quite challenging like the Jumping Jacks and the Running in Place. But they're all important, effective routines so I suggest that you strive to complete the whole workout!
