Incredible Video of Man Driving Around with Another Car on his Roof

A motorist has been spotted driving around Aberystwyth with another car on his roof.

Glyndwr Wyn Richards said he was helping out a friend by taking his vehicle to be scrapped.

He's been given three penalty points and ordered to pay fines and costs.
