House Flip Finished and 1 of 9 Flips We Have Listed for Sale! Bought 2|6|2019

We bought this house flip from a wholesaler for $212,000, spent about $40k on the remodel and will have another $20k to $25k in carrying, financing, and selling costs. We have it listed for $299,900 which is slightly below market value.

This house took quite a bit of work and way too long to repair. A lot of the delays came from upgrading the electrical system and the fact we have 19 flips going right now and not enough contractors to do them all.

We refinished the hardwood floors, redid the kitchen, redid the bath, made the family room addition into a bedroom if needed, replaced the roof, and painted everything. There is always some electrical, plumbing and HVAC work that needs to be done as well.
