Boris Johnson's suspension of Parliament found 'unlawful' by U.K. Supreme Court

In a major blow to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the U.K.'s highest court ruled Tuesday his decision to suspend Parliament in the countdown the Brexit deadline is "unlawful."
