BACK WORKOUT FOR THICKNESS| ANYBODY CAN DO In this back workout for thickness that anybody can do! I’m going to show you 4 back thickness building exercises that anyone can do beginners, intermediate’s, advanced, men ,women these can be done at any gym. Beginners choose a weight that you can control and handle for 12 to 15 reps. Intermediate ‘s to advanced choose weight that you can control and handle for 8 to 10 reps again these are my suggestions and opinions. Remember you have to Do a lot of rowing movements to build back thickness.

Here’s today’s full workout routine
Barbell Rows 3 sets x10 reps
Dumbbell row 3 sets x10 reps
Seated Rows 3 sets x10 reps
Hyperextensions 3 sets x 10 reps (weighted)
