Today I've made an EASY tutorial for a small modern house that fits inside a chunk! Tutorial created using Minecraft 1.14.4 java edition. I get the main framework, walls, and floors explained within the tutorial and then show you an optional way to decorate and personalize this home. You can easily change it up to suit your own needs. It's a modular design which also can be built upon to make it even taller or have more space. ---
