Marketing Help | The Purpose Of Marketing Is To Share Your Message ✔️SUBSCRIBE✔️

What’s the purpose of marketing, anyway? How does marketing help you spread the word about your practice and attract patients into your office? In this video, I talk about six proven marketing strategies that are sure to bring in new business.

These strategies require different skills, so it’s important to know yourself as you devise your marketing plan. What are you good at? What kinds of marketing activities are you comfortable with? Do you prefer one-on-one interactions? Community events? Creating online content?

Regardless of how you get the word out about your services, the purpose of marketing is just that – to share with others what you have to offer. People don’t know what they don’t know. You have to
introduce yourself, provide information, and build relationships to build your business.

Here’s some basic marketing help to get you started:

- Concentrate on sharing – not selling.
- Know your target audience.
- Focus on both internal and external marketing efforts.

Here are three internal marketing ideas:
- Ask for referrals from current patients. These folks already know, like, and trust you.
- Get back in touch with patients you haven’t seen lately; they may be ready to resume treatment.
- Offer the gift of health – gift certificates that patients can give to family and friends.

And these are three external marketing activities:

- Host lunch-and-learn events for companies where you educate people about what you do.
- Do community screenings for the public, so people get to know you.
- Interact with your online community through your website and social media.
