Isko orders vandals to clean up mess in lieu of jail | 24 Oras

Irked after seeing the graffiti on a martial law marker behind the Andres Bonifacio monument, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ordered the Manila Police District to strictly implement the law against vandalism.
