ARIAN PAZH company was founded by a group of steel industry activists in 2005. Established in 2005 and licensed by:

- The Ministry of Industries and Mines of Iran
- The Environmental Protection Agency
- The Police license plate Center of NAJA
- The Fuel Transportation Management Authority

It has been licensed to operate with the Code 1711.

The purpose of the company was to recycle recycling-cars and to use recyclable metals to supply feedstocks to steel mills. The factory of the company is located in an area of 70,000 square meters in the industrial-park of Shams Abad, which is dedicated to the recycling and disposal of recycling-cars.

The production capacity of the center is to recover 10,000 cars in a year, and the dismantling of the automobile will be carried out by expert workers and specific equipment.

Since the year 2016, after transferring 98% of its shares to Tejarat PAYA TAHA Trading Company شركت بازرگاني پايا طاها, a subsidiary of Iran Investment Company, the company changed name to ‘ArianPazh company Development Of Industry & Commerce’.

In addition to the continuity and development of scrapping and recycling of recycling-vehicles, trading activities in the import and export of steel products, as well as the provision of machinery and equipment for car recycling lines are also on the agenda of the company.
