IIBTV: Orr Fellowship

IIBTV: Orr Fellowship The mission statement of Orr Fellowship is to develop the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. Orr Fellowship welcomed 68 college graduates to the Indianapolis business
Community in June. It is the largest class of Fellows in history. These 68 young professionals will begin their careers at 47 companies around Indianapolis including High Alpha, Lessonly, Roche Diagnostics, and Lev. Fellows were matched with companies as the final step in Orr Fellowship’s rigorous recruitment process, which began with a pool of 1,200 qualified applicants. While most Orr Fellowship members are recruited from universities within Indiana, there is also a significant number from surrounding states and across the nation. This year, college seniors from 47 different states applied for the program, and 30 of the 68 incoming Fellows are from out-of-state. The 2019 class of Fellows includes graduates from San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and even one Fellow from Ethiopia.
