Greenland Shark - Deepsea Oddities

An extraordinary creature found in both salt and freshwater environments is the world's longest living vertebrate, living many hundreds of years more than human beings. Greenland Sharks are as big as Great Whites and can survive in extreme depths and cold temperatures, as well as warmer waters including the St. Lawrence River in Illinois.
