PHASE 1: Remove all debris and demo interiors (complete)

PHASE 2: Board up and secure the property (complete)

PHASE 3: Dig footers and install block wall and steel gates (complete)

PHASE 3.5: Replace and repair all sewer lines (started 27 May)

PHASE 4: Single-family-home (remodel started on 20 May-10 Aug)

PHASE 5: Remodel 3-unit building that is north of the single-family home (wiring, sewer, framing for washer/dryers complete)

PHASE 6: Remodel the 3-unit building on the west side of the property (demo complete, remodel scheduled after plumbing/wiring complete in other 2 buildings)

PHASE 7: Complete exterior landscape and paint covered parking and block walls

PHASE 8: Sign leases and move-in
