A few months ago I had a note to do a video about a quote from the Effective Executive by Peter Druker. He says that computers have logic but human beings are perceptive.
To me, this means we can use all the data in the world to categorize our customers.. but until we're truly invested in getting to know them at a granular level - we'll never truly understand how to drive loyalty.
