The controversial Vrede dairy farm project will take centre stage at the State Capture commission of Inquiry this week. The Democratic Alliance in the Free State will give introductory testimony on the R220-million allocated to the project for farming.
The DA initially laid a complaint with the public protector, alleging that money meant to benefit the poor had been redirected to companies linked to the Gupta family.
