Changing that inner-tube on the road with Crankbrothers Speedier Lever – My boy learning to ride, Finally!

With the Social rides I have seen some really messy Innertube changes, some are just done as too many people watching, performing under pressure if you like and other, well just WHY!!! The main aim when changing the tube on a group ride is to get it done as soon as possible. The summer is the best time to practice, as Winter is when we get more punctures and no one likes hanging around in the cold, right!?!

I hope you get something from me showing the what is needed to be done and how to use the Crankbrothers lever so you don’t leave you group members wondering why they invited you:-)

Check out Brennan, my son teaching himself to ride his bike. Yes a late starter, but we’ve never been the pushy type and believe he will evolve when ready and he asked for a bike and is learning, so brilliant.

The Wife, well not my wife, as not married, was not happy she had her hair up and looking scruffy. She looks Gorgeous as ever to me;-)
