Ingredients :
For chicken Masala:
Chicken 1 kg
Onions 3 medium (slice cutting)
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Green Chillies 1 tbsp ( 3 g paste)
Tomatoes 4 medium (roughly cut)
Green Chillies 3-4
Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Biryani Masala (Optional) 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 Cup
Lemon juice 6 tbsp ( 3 medium size)
Aromatic Spices :
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Star anise 2-3
Green Cardamom 3-4
Mace 1 medium stick
Cloves 6-7
Nut meg small piece
Rice 1 kg
Oil 1 Cup
Direction :
-In hot oil add spices, heat them for 1 minute then add onions, fry till golden.
-Add 3 g paste, cook till light golden.
-At this stage add chicken and cook till change color.
- Add tomatoes and Chillies and 1/2 cup water, cover it for 5 minutes.
-it's time to add dry powder ingredients and lemon juice, stir well.
- When oil start sperate add yogurt and cover it till chicken cooked completely.
- Add water according to your rice condition.
- When water start boiling and slice ginger and rice.
-"set salt must"
- when water near to dry add color and steam for 10 minutes.
