3-5 rounds 10 reps each side for each exercise
-Trx rotational ward reverse lunge(if done correctly much more challenging than they may look)
-lateral(aka tick tick) Kb swings...make sure you maintain a neutral spine and a tight ab brace.
-kneeling side to side slam ball (Don’t round the low back)
All this movements can be super beneficial especially for the mid section. But they can also be contraindicated movements for others if you don’t meet the prerequisite.
