Tracking Board for unsafe act|SIH Hardware 2019|Kokuyocamilin

The main aim of the problem statement is to create a safe environment around the industry. We have divided the solution into two modules.One is internal and the other one is external module Both the module are embedded in esp 8266 Wifi stand alone micro controller. The internal module is kept at the inside of the machine vessel and the external module is attached in the outer part . The internal module consists of BMP 180 pressure and temperature sensor and vibration sensor. A buzzer alarm is also embedded in it. Threshold value is fixed for each sensors. When any of the sensor value reaches the threshold value or goes above the threshold value buzzer alarm starts to alert the officials. Similarly the external module consists of DHT 11 humidity and temperature sensor along with MQ 2 Air Quality sensor. It also has noise sensors fixed to it. A separate buzzer alarm is fixed into the module. The threshold value is fixed for each sensors. Buzzer alarm rings when when machine produces abnormal situation. A working prototype have been developed in which the live working of each sensors have been demonstrated.
