Phoenix Abuse Awareness and Support is an aspect of the project that seeks to support, in a variety of ways, those who have experienced abuse, and also those who want to become aware of the insidious effects that abuse can have on a person’s welfare, life, and future development.
In order to grow, we need to feel safe, secure, and free to express who we truly are at our core. Therefore, addressing those issues that are, or could potentially, hinder our growth, health and happiness, is important if we want to have the most fulfilling life, as well as the opportunity to truly reach our full potential, and ability to reach full actualisation on every level in the process.
