The Hyundai Venue rivals the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport & Mahindra XUV300. The pricing of the higher variants also makes a good case for a Venue vs Creta consideration. As you would expect, it comes loaded with features. like a sunroof, push-button start with passive keyless entry, auto AC with rear AC vents, projector headlamps, cruise control, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and the BlueLink connected car tech. The Hyundai Venue gets 3 engine options - two petrols and one diesel. The 1.2-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel motors are shared with the Hyundai i20 and get a 5-speed manual transmission and 6-speed manual transmission respectively. The new 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine is available with a 6-speed manual transmission as well as a new 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. Only the Venue S variant is available with all the engine options. Claimed Venue mileage figures stand at 17.52kmpl for the 1.2 litre petrol MT, 23.70kmpl for the diesel MT, 18.27kmpl for the 1.0 litre petrol MT & 18.15kmpl for the 1.0 litre petrol AT.
