When you are not in the tape industry it can be challenging to know what to look and for to expect from a tape converter.
Here are some red flags to watch out for when finding a converter: skipping research, inflating die-costs, inflating setup fees, tacking on extra charges, creating unclear contracts, wasting excess material, ignoring converted sample approvals and up-selling for commission.
Some signs of reliable converters include: tape refunds, genuine dedication, payment plan options, lead time commitments, and raw material floor space.
A few converters we recommend are Walker Tape Converting, Budnick Converting, Strouse, and MBK Tape Solutions.
